The essentials
Our licenceJenBro Limited, trading as JenBro Insurance, holds a Class 2 Financial Advice Provider licence issued by the FMA (FSP1007841), with no conditions.
What we advise onBusiness insurance, home and contents insurance, and life and health insurance. We recommend insurers rated A- or better.
How we're paidInsurers pay us commission based on your premium. We may charge a fee for advice, and we'll tell you the amount before you commit. We're Steadfast members, and Steadfast also receives a share of the fees some insurers pay us.
Complaints and extra helpTell us first and we'll put it right. If we can't, our complaints process and dispute resolution scheme are in our disclosure. Need extra help, a support person or someone to speak for you? Just ask.
